  currency or travelers check drawn from a bank
  3. Subscribers from Europe must pay in travelers
  check in US currency in the amount of $23.00 ($15.00 +
  $8.00)
  
  4. Subscribers in Africa, Asia, and Australia also
  must pay in travelers check (US currency) drawn from a
  bank in the amount of $24.00 ($15.00 + $9.00)
